All registered BTU students, faculty, and staff with valid university IDs. External researchers may apply for access.
Undergraduates: 5 books for 14 days. Postgraduates: 8 books for 21 days. Faculty: 10 books for 30 days.
Items may be renewed up to 2 times online via your library account, provided they have not been reserved by another user.
Overdue fines of GHS 1.00 per book per day. Borrowing privileges are suspended until fines are cleared.

External researchers and visitors may apply for a guest pass at the library administration office. A valid national ID and a small registration fee are required.
Group discussion rooms can be reserved online through your library account or in person at the circulation desk. Reservations are for 2-hour blocks.
Yes! All subscribed e-resources including databases, e-journals, and e-books can be accessed remotely 24/7 using your BTU login credentials.
Lost or damaged items must be reported immediately. You will be required to pay the replacement cost plus a processing fee of GHS 20.00.
